• Supported verification of as built drawings against field conditions by participating in site inspections, identifying documentation mismatches, and helping coordinate RFIs and drawing updates with contractors to improve record accuracy.

• Validated Cisco core, access, and edge switches for high availability and redundancy by executing formal test procedures and performing CLI diagnostics, ensuring stable and resilient network operations.

• Performed VoIP integration testing using Cisco Call Manager, verifying device registration, rollover, emergency 911 routing, VoIP to PA interoperability, and audio intelligibility using calibrated test equipment.

• Executed Q SYS Public Address testing, validating announcements, zoning, prioritization, queuing logic, and acoustic intelligibility within high noise transit environments.

• Conducted Communication SCADA validation using ModScan, testing I/O points for intrusion alarms, AEDs, emergency and Blue Light phones, PA amplifiers, and fire alarm cabinets, while confirming PLC redundancy and failover behavior.

• Tested Power SCADA systems using ModSim, Breaker HMI, Rack HMI, and Mimic Panels, remotely operating 480V breakers and reconciling HMI indications with field measurements.

Resolved documentation discrepancies by reviewing drawings, asset sheets, and network port assignments, preventing test delays, and ensuring configuration accuracy.
