As a production planner in a company dealing with complex plastic production lines, I recognized the need to treat each order like a project. This is because every order involves unique materials, parts, and calibrations. To address this, I applied my project management skills to change our traditional production methods. Using MSP software and following project management rules, we successfully avoided conflicts within the company and provided more accurate delivery dates for our customers.
