• Coordinate electrical project activities from initiation to close-out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks for electricians and subcontractors to meet project milestones (no hands-on installation)
• Prepare short-term and long-term work plans in coordination with construction schedules
• Create project milestones and track progress against baseline schedules
• Coordinate with mechanical, BAS, and other MEP trades to ensure smooth site execution and avoid clashes
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements prior to site execution
• Prepare material take-offs, raise material requisitions, and coordinate procurement and deliveries
• Monitor site progress and maintain progress trackers for internal and client reporting
• Prepare progress claims, support monthly invoicing, and assist with backup documentation for client submissions
• Track variations, change orders, and support cost impact assessments
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities having jurisdiction
• Conduct regular site walks to verify quality, safety compliance, and work progress
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspection reports, and correspondence
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities

• Design electrical engineering systems for various applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site surveys to document existing and new construction conditions.
• Design Normal Power/Emergency Power and Distribution Fire Alarm Systems for buildings.
• Review and make alterations to working drawings as needed.

• Attend pre-construction/walk-down meetings to evaluate plans and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure contractor crew work compliance with regulations.
• Conduct field and laboratory tests on materials to measure compliance with regulations.
• Issue daily reports to the project manager and maintain documentation records.

• Required to install Radio and Radar directly into Dash 8 - Q400 aircraft.
• Required to install and connect or remove and disconnect various type of Electrical and Avionics instrument in Q400 Empennage and fusel section as per engineering drawing.
• Required to do a Bonding check test and other FTP of Avionics devices and assemblies.
• Experienced Working with Heavy gauge Feeder wire routing, termination and power tools.
• Experience working in a Unionized environment.
