• Manage Finance transformation for major Group companies in Qatar including improvement to restructuring, internal control, polices & procedures, JDs, financial delegations, as well as allaying CoA based on IAS & IFRS.
• Appling Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to some clients with mega systematic data process, which help to reduce staff cost to 1/3 as well as secure data accuracy.

• Supervise Implementations of SAP all over channels abroad and make sure that as per pre-approved plan and sort out obstacles that may occur.
