# To develop the new samples as per buyer’s standard, specification and quality.
# To follow – up lab-dip development and getting approval from the buyer’s end.
# To follow – up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care.
# To prepare consumption & costing.
# To procure all required trims and accessories.
# To prepare fabric swatch & trim card for buyer’s approval before bulk procurement.
# To provide guideline to factory merchandising team to prepare production planning.
# To follow – up daily production status with factory merchandising team very closely.
# To follow – up material inventory and necessary arrangements in stores if required.
# To follow – up the required quality standard from the beginning of inline inspection.
# To provide regular information to the buyer on production & shipment status.
# To follow – up status of L/C ( Master & Back – to – Back) including their acceptances.
# To report to the management on production & shipment status weekly basis.
