• Managing, strategic planning, organizing, allocating resources, directing, controlling and supervises the quality of all phases of detailed design engineering, Procurement and construction of the project.
• Create a conductive environment for the QAQC team so that organizational objectives are accomplished.

• Structural Alignment prior to Grouting and Final bolt tightening inspection.
• Inspection of complete Pipe lowering activity at Asphalt Road Open Cut and Reconstruction of Road as per SAES, AASHTO & MOT standards.
• Inspection of Fill placement with surveyor & witness in compaction test (FDT) by approved third party in all layers of clean sand, select fill and aggregate base course as per ASTMs & SAES-A-114.
• Complete Infrastructure include all activities like pad construction, Foundation Layout, Precast & Cast in Place Foundations Installation, Anchor Bolt Fixing, Steel Rebars installation, Formwork, Steel Plates Installation, Pipe Erection, Grouting and Finishing as per ASTM, ACI, SAES standards.
• Material Receiving inspections coordination with procurement team for documents includes FBE coat Rebar, Anchor Bolts, Fence Materials, Guard Rails, Civil Structures etc.
• To check daily activities are as per drawings and as per design.
• To check the installed foundation elevations and layout.
• Inspecting the field activities such as excavation, foundation works, steel works concrete pouring and finishing work.
• To finish concrete surface as per standard requirements and arrange proper curing arrangements.
• Check the detailed survey and Layout of structures before the execution of construction activities.
• To ensure that all reinforcement in properly and securely fixed into position to prevent displacement during concrete work and to maintain proper concrete cover.
• To check that the formwork is clean, free from extraneous matter and the release agent has been correctly applied.
