Quality Control and Safety Management

• Perform work safely and effectively, understanding and following oral and written instructions, including safety protocols.
• Enforce strict safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring the well-being of workers and surrounding areas.
• Supervise the use of materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with design plans.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and manage detailed documentation, including construction plans, change orders, and project reports.
• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained for changes in project scope or design.
• Maintain records of construction progress and compliance checks for reporting to stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Software Proficiency

• Familiar with industry-standard software for design (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABs).
• Knowledgeable in modern construction methodologies and building technologies.
