• Development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules for multiple projects.
  • Preparation of RFP checklists and participation in development of Scheduling requirements.
  • Review and assessment of proponents proposed schedules and relevant technical submittals.
  • Thorough review of Baselines based on contract requirements and other common practice standards.
  • Review and assessment of revised / recovery programs.
  • Schedule analysis via Acumen Fuse.
  • Review of Contractors’ reports and preparation of internal Client’s reporting.
  • Ownership of all Client’s reports: dashboards, board presentation, executive management report…etc.
  • Review and assessment of claims and variations.

• Overseeing overall project performance reporting, KPI’s and adherence to project requirements
• Leading Master Program development and update from pre-concept stage until grand opening.
• Managing key processes such as Provisional Sum (PS) procurement, Interim Payment (IP) review, Variation Orders (VO), Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and other administrative processes
• Ownership of all Client’s reports: dashboards, board presentation, executive management report…etc
• Developing and maintaining Risk Management tools, communication matrix, workflows…etc

• Weekly reporting and presenting of dashboards/KPIs and trackers to senior management
• Reviewing Contractors schedules (Baselines) and ensuring alignment with Master Schedule
• Reviewing claims and EOT’s and preparing comprehensive counter-claims and recommendations
• Monitoring & controlling various vendors’ weekly progress and reviewing submitted weekly reports
• Assisting commercial team in contracts close-out and leading handover of facilities to operations
• Liaising with Authorities for NOCs, Permits, approvals and inspection

• Responsible for overall monitoring & control of contractors’ performance against baseline program to the Client (ADAC) after thorough validation of reported progress & interim payments
• In addition, responsible for overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Responsible for constructing a detailed baseline for the Runway Rehabilitation Project incorporating all phasing & access restrictions, contractual scope, and sequencing of construction activities in accordance with Airport operations requirements
• 
  In addition, leading schedule update including cost monitoring, delay analysis, sprints updates and mitigation measures.
