• Investigate Transport network congestions and propose optimization plans

• Create budget plan for transport related initiative (capacity expansions, system optimization, lifecycle Management, new technology introduction)
• Project management of all project tasks to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met to ensure successful project completion.

• Managed a team of 10 engineers and achieved 100% SLA for service implementation of MPLS-TP, DWDM and OTN.
• Configured services for MPLS-TP, IP network configuration, VLANs, VRRP and protection schemes
