Job Description

Coined as the Global Technical Expert for all things Product/APIs by the Executive Leadership team, my responsibilities include strategic partnership growth, product roadmap design/delivery and leadership. I lead three scrum teams (~30 developers) and am responsible for 7 offerings focused on SSO and RESTful API endpoints. In the past year, my product lines have generated millions in recurring, sticky revenue and we've managed to 3X revenue year of year through aggressive customer empathy and acquisition.

Strategic Partnership and Customer Acquisition

  • Established key relationships with global accounting firms such as PwC, KPMG and EY as well as global banks such as JPMC, Goldman Sachs and Barclays
  • Expanded product lines into Europe, MENA, APAC and LATAM with aggressive growth in North America
  • Consulted on potential mergers and acquisition in emerging markets to Senior/Executive Leadership
  • Created and reported on key growth metrics during quarterly updates with focusing on customer acquisition and sticky and recurring revenue, all using PowerBI

Technology and Roadmap Design/Delivery

  • Designed and delivered on 18-month roadmap with help of 3 highly skilled Scrum teams, highlights include:
  • Scalable cloud API product using microservice architecture in AWS using RabbitMQ and GraphQL
  • New offering to market allowing us to eat competitor marketshare
  • SDK and improved documentation for customers, Migration from SFTP and SOAP to fully RESTful web services
