I am a dedicated nursing professional with a strong commitment to advancing nursing education and history through research and teaching. With international experience as a registered nurse from Iran, I have developed expertise in diverse healthcare settings, including burn and cardiac care units, as well as rural clinics, where I led health education workshops. Currently, as an MSN student at UBC, I am actively involved in archival research on nursing history and contributing to publications. My academic journey has been enriched by roles as a Graduate Academic Assistant and Teaching Assistant, providing hands-on experience in research and instructional leadership. I am driven by a commitment to uncovering underrepresented perspectives within nursing history and pursuing an academic career focused on impactful research and teaching.
