Tasks

  • Following & implementing dealership policies & procedures.
  • Obtain, review & analyze credit applications, presentation of all value-added services (e.g., warranty, protection package, life & disability insurance).
  • Selecting lender with increase of approval rate in mind & submitting applications, finalizing credit decisions & obtain necessary documents if required by lender (prior to delivery), finding solutions for challenged applications.
  • Validate & verify that taxes of sale transactions are accurately in compliance with federal & provincial government.
  • Verify vehicle qualification for any manufacture or government rebates, collect supporting documents and timely submission for rebates.
  • Arranging delivery of vehicles in cooperation with customer & sales team
  • Preparation of sales, finance/lease contract, verifying accuracy of sale contract and forwarding it to lender.
  • Following up funding status of contracts with lender, resolving held offering contracts in timely manner.
  • Entering deal details on F & I log on daily basis.
  • Responding to customer request regarding finance/lease contracts and end of the lease options & procedures.
  • Preparing periodic business report as requested.
  • Other related tasks as requested by the management team.
