I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education (2018) and have a strong passion for humanitarian and developmental work. Through my experience in facilitation, training, and working within the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) unit, I have developed a wide range of practical and interpersonal skills.
I have successfully facilitated life skills, integration, and awareness sessions for children, women, and men, focusing on inclusion, gender equality, and community development. My work in the MEAL unit strengthened my abilities in data collection, conducting interviews, focus groups, and writing analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
This hands-on experience sharpened my problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills, while enhancing my ability to assess needs, monitor progress, and evaluate impact. I am highly organized, capable of managing time and resources effectively, and skilled in adapting to diverse, fast-paced environments.
My collaborative approach and strong sense of empathy allow me to work seamlessly with teams and connect meaningfully with vulnerable communities. I aim to continue making a positive impact through inclusive facilitation, effective training, and evidence-based development practices.
