  • Inaugural CIBC Leadership Award Recipient, 05/2021

 A $20,000 award that recognizes an Indigenous Learner who demonstrates exceptional leadership and mentorship as an MD student. "You have a special light within you, it is so welcoming within our community. I believe your efforts have made a real difference and will continue to do so after you have graduated from the NOSM MD Program" – Dr. Sarita Verma, NOSM Dean

  • CMA 150th Anniversary Award Winner, 01/2021

 A $15,000 award that recognizes student leaders who best represent the values of the medical profession, including honesty, integrity, respect, responsibility, accountability, and commitment to self-improvement.

  • Presiding Official & Commissioner of Oaths, 09/2018 - present

 In accordance with the provisions of the Citizenship Act as a recipient of the Sovereign's Medal for Volunteers. I presented Canadian Citizenships to 76 new Canadian Citizens in Aug 2018 and 180 new Canadian Citizens in Sept 2019.

 I was personally invited by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to a dinner in Ottawa attended by Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States at the time. I was the Indigenous Youth Representative at this event.

  • Lieutenant Governor's Ontario Heritage Award for Youth Achievement, 05/2015

 Recognizes the most exceptional individuals and groups that have contributed to conserving Ontario's cultural and/or natural heritage.

  • Canadian Top 30 Under 30: Corporate Knights, 03/2015

I was the youngest recipient of this award. This award aims to shine a light on Canadian activists, entrepreneurs and students who have demonstrated themselves as leaders of sustainable development.
