Managed end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating, leading, and overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle. KEY PROJECT INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES HIGHLIGHTS
Asset and Project Development: Assist the business unit in developing new opportunities, selecting concepts, conducting economic evaluations and IRR calculations, creating high-level estimates, developing schedules, and implementing the asset development model.

Front End Execution: Leading coordination efforts to advance through execution gates and front-end engineering design, utilizing both internal and external interfaces such as EP houses. Participating in design reviews, detailed estimates and schedule assessments, scope and estimate optimization activities, constructability evaluations, model reviews, and more.

Leadership, Integration and Project Management: Lead the project deliverables with accountability, establish trust, and build relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders. Create a positive and cohesive team environment, motivating team members to take ownership and celebrate the project's success and key milestones. Communicate effectively with individuals and groups to align on action plans.

Key activities include:

• Develop the Integrated Project Execution Plan to ensure the managed scope aligns with and is executed according to the Integrated Plan.
• Management encompasses controlling scope, cost, and schedule baselines, as well as implementing integrated change management processes.
• Managing and coordinating the Engineering Procurement (EP) house across the design development stages, significant procurement packages, and on-site construction through Requests for Information (RFIs), efficient communications, and comprehensive engineering reviews.
• The project scope must be diligently executed, with the identification and removal of any impediments. It is essential to foster seamless coordination among integrated teams and contractors, while also managing the requirements of both external and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure that reports are transparent and accurately reflect the project's health. Lead the stewardship of internal management reporting.
• Comprehend the regulatory requirements for the project, ensuring they are properly managed and in alignment with the project's objectives.
• Communicate and escalate risks to the appropriate project and senior leadership levels for action or awareness, in accordance with the project's Risk Management Plan.
• Ensure a thorough and proper project turnover process, including appropriate quality exhibits, and complete project closeout once all deliverables are finalized.

Contactor Management: Compile the Scope of Work for contracts with input from all relevant project stakeholders, manage contractor/supplier performance, ensure stewardship against contract requirements, and collaborate with Supply Chain Management for ongoing contract change management.
Skills applicable: Possessing independent problem-solving abilities is crucial for analyzing and resolving complex situations with minimal assistance. It involves applying knowledge and established methodologies to intricate problems and being capable of identifying and dismantling barriers to ensure successful execution.

Develop and manage a Project Controls plan for the project, supporting the development gate processes, requests for project funding, and approval of control baselines for cost and schedule. This includes the management of cost and control, MESR, benchmarking, and project closeout.

Cost Management:

• Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), support and provide input for the development of estimates at various project stages, establish the estimate basis, and determine the baseline estimate.
• Baseline Management: Prepare budgets at the appropriate control account level and manage them through integrated change control.
• The development and implementation of cost management tools encompass the management and monitoring of project commitments, incurred costs, and forecasting through detailed analysis of cost expenditures and trends. This also includes variance analysis, as well as the review and approval of contractor/vendor invoices.
• Conduct trend analysis and proactively assess project cost performance through earned value management. Pinpoint potential risk areas, confirm forecast accuracy, and swiftly relay this information to key stakeholders.
• Develop monthly stewardship reports, various cost reporting tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure communication with the project team and leadership at the required frequency. Liaise with the finance team and portfolio management team on monthly accruals, variance analysis, and overall cost performance.
• Lead risk management meetings, act as the risk register owner and coordinator, develop a contingency drawdown plan, and collaborate with stakeholders to update and maintain the Risk Register.
• Tracking historical costs is crucial for developing current benchmarking data, which aids in estimating future project performance baselines and various cost matrices.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of close-out documents, engage and hold team members accountable, and produce detailed close-out reports for projects that outline performance in terms of cost and schedule.

Schedule Management:

Develop a detailed schedule in Primavera, encompassing all project stages, establishing a schedule basis, and creating a resource-loaded baseline schedule. Collaborate with team members to regularly update and maintain an integrated schedule, perform variance analysis against baselines, devise recovery scenarios, conduct critical path analysis, and establish a system-based schedule for turnover and commissioning.

Progress & Performance Management:

Develop, manage, and oversee the project progress baseline (work packages), actively track installation/construction progress through the development and implementation of rules of credit and earned value management. Conduct progress variance analysis and collaborate with contractors to formulate a recovery plan. Report progress to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key achievements and early risk indicators.

• Assist the Construction Manager in developing the site layout, reviewing and validating daily progress, and ensuring that all construction packages are executed in accordance with the Issued for Construction (IFC) documents.
• Conduct surveying and dimensional checks, prepare and respond to on-site RFIs, provide technical support at the site, and participate in critical lift studies.
• Prepare the redline drawings and manage the site's document control requirements.
• Support QA in conducting a variety of tests.
