Collaborated with Business unit on development activities adhering to corporate Asset Development and Execution Model (ADEM) methodology. KEY PROJECT INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES HIGHLIGHTS
Asset and Project Development: Assist the business unit in developing new opportunities, selecting concepts, conducting economic evaluations and IRR calculations, creating high-level estimates, developing schedules, and implementing the asset development model.

Front End Execution: Leading coordination efforts to advance through execution gates and front-end engineering design, utilizing both internal and external interfaces such as EP houses.   • Comprehend the regulatory requirements for the project, ensuring they are properly managed and in alignment with the project's objectives.
  • Communicate and escalate risks to the appropriate project and senior leadership levels for action or awareness, in accordance with the project's Risk Management Plan.

Develop and manage a Project Controls plan for the project, supporting the development gate processes, requests for project funding, and approval of control baselines for cost and schedule. This includes the management of cost and control, MESR, benchmarking, and project closeout.

Cost Management:

  • Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), support and provide input for the development of estimates at various project stages, establish the estimate basis, and determine the baseline estimate.
  • Baseline Management: Prepare budgets at the appropriate control account level and manage them through integrated change control.
  • The development and implementation of cost management tools encompass the management and monitoring of project commitments, incurred costs, and forecasting through detailed analysis of cost expenditures and trends. This also includes variance analysis, as well as the review and approval of contractor/vendor invoices.
  • Conduct trend analysis and proactively assess project cost performance through earned value management. Pinpoint potential risk areas, confirm forecast accuracy, and swiftly relay this information to key stakeholders.
  • Develop monthly stewardship reports, various cost reporting tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure communication with the project team and leadership at the required frequency. Liaise with the finance team and portfolio management team on monthly accruals, variance analysis, and overall cost performance.
  • Lead risk management meetings, act as the risk register owner and coordinator, develop a contingency drawdown plan, and collaborate with stakeholders to update and maintain the Risk Register.

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of close-out documents, engage and hold team members accountable, and produce detailed close-out reports for projects that outline performance in terms of cost and schedule.

Schedule Management:

Develop a detailed schedule in Primavera, encompassing all project stages, establishing a schedule basis, and creating a resource-loaded baseline schedule. Collaborate with team members to regularly update and maintain an integrated schedule, perform variance analysis against baselines, devise recovery scenarios, conduct critical path analysis, and establish a system-based schedule for turnover and commissioning.

Progress & Performance Management:

Develop, manage, and oversee the project progress baseline (work packages), actively track installation/construction progress through the development and implementation of rules of credit and earned value management. Conduct progress variance analysis and collaborate with contractors to formulate a recovery plan. Report progress to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key achievements and early risk indicators.
