Roles And Responsibilities

  • Front desk duties: answer calls, monitor & review CCTV, issue keys/access cards/parking permits, audit daily Keys inventory, sign in/out visitors, contractors/trades, realtors, etc
  • Check and reply e-mails to property management, tenants, unit owners and listing agents.
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive reception for residents, visitors, contractors/trades, realtors, etc.
  • Respond to residents’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and file soft and hard copies of letters, correspondence, memos, notices, etc.
  • Book amenities: party room, guest suite, service elevator reservations, media room, conference room. etc and collect fees and damage deposits for guest suite, party room and service elevator bookings.
  • Facilitate and conduct pre and post inspection of move in, move out, delivery and renovations.
  • Activate/deactivate access FOBs and set up buzzer code for residents.
  • Log in incoming packages for pickup and log out packages to residents.
  • Respond to emergencies: fire, leaks, elevator malfunction, power outages, security alarms, etc according to site safety and emergency procedures.
  • Liaises with law enforcement and/or emergency services as necessary;
  • Register visitors’ cars using LPR system and enforce parking policies and procedures.
  • Assist with providing site specific onboarding and training to new employees at the site;
  • Access control & enforce company rules, policies and procedures with visitors, contractors & realtors.
  • Patrol building exterior, mechanical rooms, locker rooms, parking garages and amenity floors.
  • Report and follow up building deficiency, locker rooms and parking garage deficiency.
  • Pro-actively observe, prevent, record and report any unusual or suspicious activities/occurrences.
  • Complete Daily Shift Report (DSR) and incident report.
