Corporate & Sponsorship Management: Through an impactful network of local businesses and corporate landscape and an attractive sponsorship deliverables plan, I was able to onboard 11 sponsors across local businesses, corporate and entrepreneurs raising upwards of $3000 (per annual event), establishing corporate giving initiatives and roll-out of sponsor deliverable commitments

Event Marketing Management: Led the conceptualization, planning and coordination for both events and included equity-deserving groups (urban Indigenous Peoples, people with disabilities, racialized people, women, and the LGBTQ2S+ community). Created and delivered a marketing plan for the event which had active social media engagement of over 500 community members in a span of just two weeks with impressions upwards of 3000 and engagement (likes, mentions, reposts, shares) touching 105 per week

Event Planning & Execution: Activated and led the team of 30 volunteers through five specific volunteer task teams; scheduled tasks and responsibilities leading up to the event as well as managed them on the day of the event. Coordinated with City of Port Coquitlam, contractors, vendors and sponsors to ensure event-specific materials and resources were set up for the event. Pitched and coordinated over 10 performances by community members as well as renowned cultural artistes within the lower mainland.
