Created and executed a robust digital marketing, social media and affiliate marketing as well as PR plan for LittleLit - positioning it as the Ai focused kids learning app of choice
Partnership Acquisition: Strategically built and maintained relationships with over 20 Instagram, TikTok and Youtube influencers including collaborations with local community-based events and organizations such as TCMG, YMCA, Girls Who Code, Ethos Lab. Increased content interaction and click-through rates from 12% to 36% in a span of four months specifically through partnership acquisition. Conducted outreach to over 120 kid-friendly local businesses for collaborations and nurtured these relationships.
Funding Outreach: Identified and applied for appropriate government and VC funding avenues such as IRAPS, MITACS and solicited funding from corporate organizations to secure financial support at the pre-seed stage. Assisted founders with speaker and showcase opportunities within specifically sourced out tech and digital media events, fairs, conventions etc.
Grants Application: Created and flexibly adhered to a grant and VC funding target quarterly calendar with active annual pre-seed goals as well as helped apply to specifically sourced provincial, federal and corporate grants
Community Events: Successfully curated and executed three community events with lasting impact to introduce the benefits of LittleLit to parents, kids and educators. Attracted over 120 attendees and increased customer base from 8% to 29% through these events.

Corporate & Sponsorship Management: Through an impactful network of local businesses and corporate landscape and an attractive sponsorship deliverables plan, I was able to onboard 11 sponsors across local businesses, corporate and entrepreneurs raising upwards of $3000 (per annual event), establishing corporate giving initiatives and roll-out of sponsor deliverable commitments
Event Marketing Management: Led the conceptualization, planning and coordination for both events and included equity-deserving groups (urban Indigenous Peoples, people with disabilities, racialized people, women, and the LGBTQ2S+ community). Created and delivered a marketing plan for the event which had active social media engagement of over 500 community members in a span of just two weeks with impressions upwards of 3000 and engagement (likes, mentions, reposts, shares) touching 105 per week
Event Planning & Execution: Activated and led the team of 30 volunteers through five specific volunteer task teams; scheduled tasks and responsibilities leading up to the event as well as managed them on the day of the event. Coordinated with City of Port Coquitlam, contractors, vendors and sponsors to ensure event-specific materials and resources were set up for the event. Pitched and coordinated over 10 performances by community members as well as renowned cultural artistes within the lower mainland.
Funding and Regulatory Processes: Applied and tracked special permits, licenses, general liability insurances etc and ensured protocol was followed for all events. Applied for and successfully received the Cultural and Community Development grant for both events through the PoCo Foundation
