  • Manage the maintenance department at The City of Richmond Water Pollution Control Plant. The department consists of three mechanics, one electrician instrumentation technician, and one supervisor. Through a CMMS system, preventive work orders are created utilizing the manufacturer O&M manuals to ensure proper maintenance of all City of Richmond assets. In the CMMS system, we can track all of our on-site inventory including critical spare parts, and also utilize the CMMS for purchasing. This allows the project to best track the cost associated with each asset at the project. The maintenance department is also responsible for the O&M of all of the City of Richmond sanitary and storm lift stations. There is a total of 23 lift stations. These stations are all controlled through SCADA and are also scheduled on preventative work orders.

  • Oversee the entire production of the collections system in Richmond California. I am responsible for a total of 12 employees. I am responsible for developing training and development programs for my staff. I am responsible for meeting any Baykeeper settlement agreement deliverables. I am responsible for meeting all future production targets in terms of contractual production and budget constraints. I manage the emergency repairs and capital improvements through the O&M side of the Richmond project. This consists of communicating structural defects encountered in the City of Richmond’s collection system to the client proceeding with engaging our emergency contractor to provide a proposal and reviewing the post-CCTV upon the scope of work. QAQC process of the post CCTV inspection of all CCTV submitted through the contractor and the supervision of an onsite construction supervisor conducting daily inspection reports.

  • Supervised a staff of 2 direct reports consisting of a data analyst and a planner/scheduler. Was responsible for overseeing the CCTV condition assessment program which included a 10-year out CCTV program, root control CCTV program, annual grade 5 CCTV program, and a 36-month grade 4 CCTV program. This also consisted of developing standard operating procedures to ensure the reliability of equipment and proper NASSCO-based CCTV condition assessments. I was responsible for any CCTV and pipe cleaning Baykeeper deliverables.
