I am excited to submit my application for the Route Service Sales Representative position at Cintas. With a solid background in customer service, sales, and team-oriented work, I am confident in my ability to manage and grow customer accounts within the rental division of Cintas while providing exceptional service and cultivating strong relationships.

During my two years as a Cook/Server at BBQ Chicken, I’ve honed my ability to communicate effectively, stay organized under pressure, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. My experience managing kitchen prep and maintaining cleanliness has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a deep respect for quality. In addition, working with customers to understand their needs, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction has allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal skills that would be beneficial in building relationships with Cintas clients.

I take pride in my work ethic and am always eager to embrace new challenges. I believe my adaptability, quick learning, and natural ability to connect with others would make me a great asset to the Cintas team. My past volunteer experiences also demonstrate my commitment to leadership, teamwork, and community, which aligns with the values at Cintas.
