• Primary responsibilities include leading and mentoring the Epicor Tools Team. Learning new customization techniques and add-on products such as Epicor ECM and QuickShip. Developing high level customizations and advanced troubleshooting for many customers on a wide range of software and versions
• Created SaaS friendly functions in Epicor to handle Lockbox files from the bank to create Cash Receipts for Invoices with discounts. Connect to an Exchange Rate API to lookup current rates and create Rate records in Epicor automatically on a schedule
• Performed numerous Epicor ECM implementations, from basic Document Storage to complete AP and SO Automations. Created custom integrations using Datalinks to make API calls to Epicor's REST site using JSON to get data from BAQs or perform Updates (for example, update case records to trigger order creation automatically)
• Development of many C# Visual Studio services to serve as integrations between an external entity and Kinetic including Web Storefronts using Magento, Delivery Truck Computers, and Vending Machines
• Development of Screen Customizations using both Classic developer mode and Application Studio for Kinetic Screens
• SSRS Report development based on Out of the Box reports as well as creating new BAQ Reports
• Many Epicor upgrades from Epicor 9 to Kinetic 2024 with varying degrees of customization, new installations, and load balancing

• Primary responsibilities include Leading and mentoring a team of developers and maintenance of Epicor ERP and it's related software.
• Interface with the Business Analyst, Programmers and End users to plan and design customizations for new and existing applications
• Designed and developed multiple complex Epicor BPM’s including a tax liability to allow for Part, Provincial, and City based taxes. A tax recalculation method which facilitated the calculation of percentage tax on unit tax
• Developed multiple imports using Visual Studio to connect to the Epicor .NET references to automate business processes. These handled quote to cash (Quote creation through to AR Invoice) as well as the AP side (PO entry through to AP Invoice).
• Developed an automated process that created Sales Orders for customers based on Degree Days to ensure customers did not run out of fuel for heating during the winter.
• Developed a process to handle equal billing payments, as well as a process to automatically apply equal billing credit memos to AR invoices
• Developed EFT file exports for BNS, Global Payments and Chase Paymentech
• Upgraded Epicor 9 through to Epicor 10.1 completely in house, which included upgrading our customizations (Screen Customizations, Dashboards, BAQ’s, BPM’s, Visual Studio Imports, SQL Views, External Dashboards).

• Designed, developed and tested an insurance claims Processing system using ASP.NET and SQL which integrated with Epicor’s GL, AP and AR modules
• Developed an application using VB.NET and SQL to e-mail EFT remittance to clients based on · payments made in Epicor’s AP module
• Developed an application using VB.NET and SQL which allows users to enter loan information and calculates amortization then creates records for each amortization line in Epicor’s AR.
• Developed scripts in SQL to create various versions of EFT and Positive Pay files which were then sent to various banks
• Used service connect and SQL server to import various types of data into Epicor including, customers, daily GL transactions, Sales Orders, Shipments, and AR invoices
