Summary

My leadership style is a “trust but verify approach” that helps the team become more empowered on a day to day basis. I like to always learn from the professionals and that is the team members that are on the job.

Safety is key in all places of work and never taken lightly.

I just recently took on a new role to expand my scope professionally and dive into training matrix’s and budgeting. Also helping plan training and work with the planning team to determine daily attainment goals. In this role I have also been asked to be a back up for the site director in her absence.
