Management consultant and producer working at the intersection of culture change and social impact. Over the past 15 years I've successfully built and led numerous early stage organizations by being a strategic partner to founders, creating infrastructure and management systems, developing teams, increasing revenue and shaping team culture. Equal parts creative, strategic and organized, I contribute vision and leadership while staying focused on the details required to bring big ideas to life. A pro-active problem solver, I approach my work from multiple vantage points stemming from my multidisciplinary training and diverse interests. My leadership approach is collaborative and inclusive, harnessing the talents, views and life experiences of cross-functional teams and multi-sector partnerships.
