· Design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner as per client concerns.

· Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).

· Prepare Auto CAD drawings for the project.

· Seek building permit approval from respective governing bodies.

· Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.

· Submit Estimate for Housing loans.

· Inspect each stage of construction and give reports.

· Submit Completion Report to the concerned authority.

• Monitoring the QA/QC plan or program and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Following up the concrete works, slump test, and compressive strength test for each concreting.
• Issuing materials receiving report for the delivered materials and maintaining their stock details.
• Coordinating with the consultant’s representative and site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of the Non-compliance Report
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration and test results.
• Developing a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test plan and Checklist based on specification of the project.
