In 2023 till now the company promoted me to shipping receiving clerk. The company allowed me to run shipping area by myself. We have 2 types of orders that are home depot orders and MSI orders. Every day the packing team will bring orders to the shipping dock and my job is to look at those orders make sure they pack well, nothing damaged and next step i will use company system to open the order to check if they pack the material right or wrong also the quantity too. After everything good i will load inside container by using forklift by myself. We have swap container orders and live load orders also. For swap container i will calculate time and email to swap company such as ESTES,XPO,AAA COOPER,MOUNTAIN VALLEY to make a swap when the container full load. For live load order such as RNL,SAIA,FEDEX FREIGHT,CENTRAL TRANSPORT,XPRESS GLOBAL,WAYFAIR i will open system to see how many orders we have today and then i will let the packing team to finish them first before i email to schedule a pick up.

Updated shipping details for orders without pro or tracking numbers in the system using barcode books provided by carriers, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

For shipping coordinator (me) also responds to reply email with sale rep when the order is lost tracking or the status of the order.

Compiled daily reports in Microsoft Excel detailing swaps completed, live load orders shipped, and overdue orders not shipped along with reasons for delays.

Functioned as inventory clerk, checked inventory with company iPad using MSI system, counted items, identified broken materials, and created reports.
