1. Assist in sales of baked goods and products being present in a baked goods merchandise section
2. Answer questions to customers that relate to the process of baking products to ensure the highest standards have been met and are communicated to customers when requested
3. Follow set standards learnt through our comprehensive training videos, and/or one-on-one training that creates presentations for our muffins, donuts, cookies, other sweet goods, etc.
4. Create weekly requisition in regards to purchasing baking supplies for the bakery
5. Keep track of minimum pars of baked product inventories at the bakery that dictates ordering baked products regularly
6. Assist in receiving baked products including storage of baked products for the bakery
7. Regularly test all temperatures, hardness, and softness for all baked products to ensure that set standards are benchmarked. This check and balance is part of a random inspection conducted by our baker
8. Create a matrix of raw materials to ensure the correct quantity of baked and other sweet goods products are made available at the bakery for sale each day
9. Be prepared to bake products in bulk, and get them ready for pick up for events and special occasions in town or for regular customers
10. Create/manage a decorative baking products display that triggers an increase in the sale of baked products
11. Provide training to newly hired bakers at the bakery and shadow their work for the first few weeks
