I am retired,worked in many fields with employers and employees,some my own.Throughout life team work was always essential for success,no matter the job.

Over the years I have always been perfecting my knowledge of cooking and kitchen management,originally as a hobby,however with self taught practice,practice and more practice,reading and application of basic cooking principles I am quite confident and willing to learn more.

I believe team work is important is important for success.
