Performed pre-open setup, hired and pre-open trained team. Completed store setup with minimal support due to the pandemic. Increased YOY in 2021, 2022, on pace again for 2023.

Led Atlantic Region in 2021 and 2022 in CMN %, and Google score 4.6.

Achieved Pinnacle Award 2020, 2022.
