New client onboarding, client management, freight booking, logistics, sales, fleet management, maintenance management, safety and compliance, payroll, recruitment of both office personnel and drivers, licensing and permits. Freight negotiations, customer service, HOS, TDG, inventory management and warehouse management. Fill in as needed for local delivery, cross docking or equipment relocations for mechanical work.

Managed all aspects of dispatch, planning, scheduling, reporting, employee reviews, business reviews, liaison with sales teams on market strategies and freight volumes. Manage local and regional fleets with dispatchers, time sheets and monitor on time services. Part time driver for regional, local or highway freight.

Operations Planner, responsible for managing freight volumes based driver availability. Load planning, asset assignments, city dispatch and regional p & d. Customer Service, LTL management and miscellanios dispatch duties as required.

Manage a fleet of 60+ drivers, dispatch duties in all aspects of transportation. Van heater and refrigerated services.
