I started in the kitchen when I was 13 as a pot scrubber. Over the next 18 years I slowly moved up to Head Chef. My amazing career includes working in restaurants such as Hockley Valley Resort , Terra Cotta Inn and Belfountain Inn. Other highlights I have enjoyed is help open a few restaurants, working on trains, catered over 20 wedding ,cooking for Stomin Tom and John Tory every week.
Sadly when Covid hit I made a very hard decision to leave my cooking career and start a new path. Today I love the now weekend and holiday work and enjoy being able to spend so much more time with family.
