Summary

I’m a seasoned Production Manager and Producer with over 18 years of experience in 3D animation, video game development, and quality assurance. I’ve worked on AAA titles, mobile games, casino games, business applications, and educational software, tackling everything from process implementation and change management to team development and project roadmapping.

I’ve had the opportunity to lead and collaborate with teams across UI/UX, Level Art, Level Design, Game Design, Gameplay Economy, Animation, Technical Animation, Programming and Accessibility, as well as manage outsourced asset creation. Over the years, I’ve helped streamline production workflows and improve efficiency at studios like Turbulent (Star Citizen), Ubisoft Montréal, WB Games Montréal, Eidos-Montréal, and Ludia.

Beyond production, I’m passionate about mentorship and knowledge-sharing. I’ve frequently been invited to speak to students about video game production and have even been on stage to help announce some of the projects I’ve worked on. I also organize the Montreal chapter of Game Dev Drink Up, a local networking event for game developers.

Outside of work, I’ve built the city’s largest skateboard community, growing it to over 2,000 members with a dedicated team of 8 admins. We host weekly events, collaborate with sponsors, and foster a thriving scene for skaters of all levels.

With a strong technical foundation in game engines, production tools, and asset management, I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, always looking for ways to empower teams and drive projects forward.
