• Work in three main roles: truck offloading, scanning, and sorting shipments.
• Offload trucks with 2,000+ cubic shipments, and move heavy pallets or skids.
• Scan products, mark destinations, and check for accuracy.
• Sort products to the right areas for the sales floor.
• Handle discrepancies, invoices, and small deliveries (flowers, water, soil, etc.).
• Prepare weekly return pallets (totes, batteries, damaged/unsellable items).
• Use manual and electric pallet jacks to organize the receiving area.

Online Order Fulfillment (Fill Crew), 06/2023 – 12/2024.

• Picked and packed customer online orders quickly and accurately.
• I called customers when substitutions or cancellations were needed.
• Prepared delivery orders for shipping with correct labels.
• Helped keep the order staging areas clean and organized.

Warehouse Reorganization Project Team Member 12/2024 – 03/2025

• Helped reorganize both the lower and upper warehouses with a small team.
• Lower warehouse: moved furniture, cabinets, baby products, car seats, treadmills, etc.; changed shelves; built storage boxes.
• Upper warehouse: cleared and reorganized large bunks; made sure all items had visible barcodes, and were in the right spots.
• Cleaned and organized inventory and fixtures, leaving the warehouse with more space and easier access.
• Swept and cleaned all areas, so the warehouse looked brand new.
