• Research and compile information and feedback necessary to generate highly effective and detailed job plans.

Plant Maintenance

• Plan, distribute and supervise daily maintenance work i.e
• Breakdown, shutdown, preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance;
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and analysis of the problems;
• Coordinate with allied functions and departments i.e
• Operations, workshop, stores, and safety so as to get necessary permits and clearances and ensure smooth execution of work;
• Ensure History/record keeping of equipment;
• Execute of condition monitoring & preventive maintenance program for critical equipment as per schedule;
• Respond to an emergency call as required

Material management

• Monitor inventory records, consumption patterns to plan for procurement of spares and items;
• Technical scrutiny and recommendation;
• Raise requirements for needed materials and follow up with respective agencies;
• Assist with inspection of incoming spares and materials

Statutory requirements

• Generate, maintain, and update proper documents and records to comply with statutory requirements;
• Generate and maintain records related to safety;
• Generate, maintain and update IMS records of all relevant documents;

Management of contractual services

• Oversee the execution of contractual jobs to maintain quality standards;
• Verify and certify measurement sheets of all works executed, and invoices raised by the contractor
