I have joined this company in March 2005 as sales representative. In those periods for looking of achieving my targets and objective which was given by senior in Jul 2007 I was promoted as sales officer in Rajkot. In this territory I was looking after Rajkot, Jamnagar and porbandar districts. I was giving 26% growth in 2007/8 and 2008/9 25% growth
By appointing new ws and developing my territory
For looking my 2 years growth company promoted me as Sales Executive in Jan 2010 in this territory. In this profile I was handling 2 Sales Officer. They were reporting to me. In 2011 I was transfer form Rajkot to Baroda same profile. In Baroda I was handling 5 ws Baroda, godhra, dahod and three sales officers & those ws team. For looking 40% growth company promoted me as Senior Sales Executive in this territory. At those time I am handling 4 ws and 3 sales officer & 23 of them. They are working in taluka level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Monthly Sales Planning of Self & S.O.
Ø Ensure that every S.O. working under him has made monthly secondary plans keeping same stretch as mentioned above.
Ø Fixing monthly secondary & primary sales objectives for all S.O.
Ø Strict Adherence to PJP.
Ø Identifying gaps & working level of SO/WS territory wise & brand wise
Ø Developing how to act on each monthly sales objective in monthly meetings/contacts in front of senior
Ø Involving JC & WS in formalizing the short term strategies.
Ø Must spend 2 days in a 15 days on rural market with SO & must work with every SO in a week.

Ø Compilation of monthly data (INSTI, DREAM PLAN, SALES) and any new project came from Company.
Ø Submitting and Settlement of monthly All claims, damages of WS
