Project: Shield 5 Program, Site S3

• Schedule, Coordinate and Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Chilled water system and firefighting system.
• Maintained accurate documentation of all projects, facilitating efficient audits and managed budgets effectively, ensuring resource allocation was optimized for maximum project success.
• Coordinated with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to streamline interdepartmental communication and collaboration efforts effectively.

Projet: Construction Package 1 Lusail

• Maintaining interdisciplinary coordination with other trades/projects consultants.
• Supervising construction administrative duties such as field reports, responses to RFIs, etc.
• Coordinated with subcontractors ensuring their work met project specifications as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and control the activities of the assigned contractors and personnel engaged in the execution of the project activities throughout all phases of the project during engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction/installation and handover.
