I am a load planner for cargo services, I help ensure that all cargo frieght goes out on schedule as needed to ensure costumer's receive their freight on the day listed. I handle dangerous goods, freight scanning, and the computers to ensure the weight of the frieght is correctly put in the system.

Provided childcare assistance for children. Answered phones, educational teaching for toddlers, and also worked with children on the spectrum

Started in retail sales helping customers with apparel and moved into customer service department. Handled situations for customers as needed such as directing how to find business hours, items ordered online, refunds, and store issues that customers needed help finding solutions for.
