Pick, pack, and organize frozen meals daily for delivery the next day. On average, I pick over 4,000 meals monthly and send out approximately 1,200 hot meals per month. You must have a strong attention to detail to ensure the correct meals are being picked.

Arranging inventory by best-before date, keeping track of when the inventory of meals becomes low, and ordering the correct amount.

Assisting with receiving and stocking frozen meal deliveries from our vendors.

Operation of convection ovens for heating meals that get delivered to our clients every day.

Ensuring my kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized.

Interact with the volunteers, and ensure they have everything they need to deliver the meals and frozen bags to our clients.

As Meals on Wheels has grown, I have trained new employees and assisted in the office with taking phone calls and orders.

Assist the kindergarten teacher in the day-to-day function of the kindergarten classroom. Perform duties such as organizing projects, participate in activity centers, assist students in the coat room area, lunch room duty and answering any questions the students may have.

Also, maintaining a clean environment for the students by ensuring the classroom tables were sanitized at a certaintime throughout the day.

Supervise the safety of children in my home while promoting the physical, emotional and social development through well-planned games and outdoor activity. Prepare meals and organize mealtimes and snacks for children.

Responsible for providing superior customer service through coordination, monitoring, control and resolution of escalated customer issues. Analyze requests and implement solutions. Ensure that customer requirements are resolved in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics.

Review membership applications, input data and prepare contracts for delivery to our sales site for members final approval.
