  • Lead implementation teams through all phases of the product implementation lifecycle for critical police technologies, included but not limited to, Records Management System (RMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Data Terminal (MDT), and Mobile Report Entry (MRE) systems.
  • Acted as the primary liaison between business unit staff and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring technology aligns with needs of the Halifax Regional Police (HRP) while adhering to Halifax Regional Municipality Information Technology (HRM IT) business practice and service delivery.
  • Collaborated extensively with internal business units and external agencies such as the RCMP and Department of Justice to address diverse system needs and requirements, fostering strong inter-departmental and inter-agency relationships.
