Conducted regular Security Reviews to ensure the safety of the Institution or to downgrade offenders to lower security for them to access programming and prepare for eventual release
Created Detention referral applications for the Parole Board to review offenders who continued to pose a significant risk to the community if released prior to the expiration of their sentence
Prepared Statutory Release plans for offenders by working with the offenders and community partners to ensure a seamless re entry into the community
This assignment was to cover a Parole Officer on extended leave
