• volleyball: 

I love playing volleyball at school because it gives me a chance to stay active and healthy while having fun with my friends. The teamwork and communication required in volleyball help me build strong connections with my teammates, and the thrill of a well-executed play or hard-fought win is incredibly satisfying. it's a sport that challenges me both physically and mentally pushing me to improve my skills and strategies. Playing volleyball also provides a great break from break from academics, allowing me to relieve stress and enjoy the camaraderie  of my school community.

• Swimming: 

i love swimming because it because it gives me a sense of freedom and accomplishment as i glide through the water. Being on the school swim team was an incredible experience, as it not only improved my physical fitness but also taught me discipline and perseverance. the camaraderie with my teammates and the thrill of competing in swim meets made every practice and competition exciting. swimming also provided a great balance to my academic life offering a refreshing way to unwind and stay focused.
