• Performed apartment turnover for the homeless making sure that there housing is up to city and state codes . Facility up keep .

Basic storage facility upkeep and repairs from changing locks to repairing doors to stripping the parking lots. Repaired the entire sprinkler system . Remodeled interior and exterior office area.

This was a 16 month contract involving myself and two laborers . Contract work included all outside tables and chairs to be repaired , sanded and painted . Built exterior bar area this included all carpentery , electrical and roofing work.
