  • Supporting 6 locations on technology - completing installations, de-installations, and repairs on POS equipment including card readers, digital menu boards, Point of Sale registers, cash drawers, POS/ office printers, & timer monitoring systems
  • Order and manage sites tech equipment - using recent repair reports I order what is needed to support all sites in any case of replacements or emergencies
  • Organizing stores network camping - conducting monthly tech travel paths I use a checklist that ensures network is pinging and network health is at 100% - also making necessary adjustments
  • Communication with owner/ operator & supervisors on upcoming/ on going projects - I create spreadsheets for all projects and schedule accordingly to ensure deadlines are not missed
  • Price tax & activate pos keys for each site - by gathering data from Deloitte program we use this information to make decisions on prices using RFM
  • Ability to create excel spreadsheets - manage tech service calls & tech support calls to reduce owner’s monthly cost
