  • I sold the company to staff in 2018 to semi retire and was asked to stay on in a consulting role with the Title of CEO. After covid retirement was no longer a reality and the position became more involved. I do not hold any shares or ownership in Tricor and provide consulting services through LJM Holdings Corp Inc..
  • Since covid, we have created a positive, diverse work culture, reaching as high as 45 team members, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Day to day I continue to foster strong relationships with industry partners and municipalities to expand outcomes for faster time frames.
  • I consult on technological improvements, reducing waste and business bottlenecks.
  • Designing and creativity on diverse projects continue to be one of my focuses

  • Recruited in my last year attending SAIT in the AT program, NuWest was looking for technicians. They inquired who were the top 10 students for interviews. I was interviewed and was offered the position 2 months before graduation
