Managed service and sales for over 2,500 accounts across Northern California and Western Nevada.
- Supply service and parts sales to all customers which include top and bottom customer accounts along with all OEM manufacturers.
- Prioritized and scheduled incoming customer calls based on urgency and account status to ensure timely responses.
- Responded promptly to customer calls to address requests.
- Documented daily activities, including customer reports and CRM updates, to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up.
- Visiting customers that are looking to update or replace their Nordson hot melt system and quote them for a replacement system that works best for their application needs and demands.
- Installation of new hot melt systems on production lines in top accounts.
- Visiting customer locations to provide system audits. This includes going walking through their production lines and gathering system information while making notes on improvements that can be made.
- I am also responsible for conducting training sessions for groups of mechanics in industrial settings. Training sessions include, proper use of machinery and preventative maintenance practices.
- Continuous education on all new equipment, software, and training.
