Develop recommendations for improvements to maintenance plans and procedure, tools and techniques. Observe maintenance functions to ensure adherence to safety practices and work methods. Provide oversight on maintenance activities to witness critical steps, post maintenance and post modification testing, troubleshooting and releasing equipment for service.
