  • Bartender at a popular brunch spot right across the street from the san clemente pier. My duties include preparing fresh lime, lemon, grapefruit juices as well as making all necessary syrups from scratch such as orgeat, simple, mint simple, ginger simple etc. My opening shifts also include making sure all of our pars are correct as far as beer, wines, liquor and all fresh garnishes and juices. My closing shifts persist of breaking down both wells cleaning bottles refiling juices stocking beer, wine and liquor. Another task is wiping down the entire bar and reach in coolers as well as discard all garnishes that have not been used by the end of the night. My closing duties also include checking out servers and make sure they are done correctly. I am also responsible for all nightly Z reports and cash drops.
