Perform general grounds maintenance works such as; Providing care to all shrubs, trees, lawns and ornamental plants. Use of all equipment such as mowers, hedge bars, string trimmer, skid steers, forklifts and tractors. Maintaining all sprinkler systems and repair of heads and lateral lines. Use of pesticide chemicals. Daily pick up of trash and miscellaneous items. Keeping all walkways clear of obstructions and hazards and the goal of providing a safe and clean learning environment for students. Experience with plant identification a nd integrated pest management, such as pest damage and weed identification.
