Monitoring, maintenance, and infrastructure of Strathcona Wilderness Centre indoor and outdoor facility

• Maintenance and facility management of parks indoor facilities and outdoor trail system

Organize and lead designed activities that implement goals of Strathcona County Recreation and Culture Strategy and Strathcona Wilderness Centre

• Oversaw the overall planning, development, evaluation, and fiscal management of Cross Country Alberta
• Oversaw staff and office management of the day-to-day operations for Cross Country Alberta in the areas of athlete, coaching, officials, Para Nordic, and club development
• Collaborated closely with clubs throughout Alberta for the overall development of cross-country skiing by helping with membership, facility development, trail design, event management and club infrastructure

• Responsible for planning, development, evaluation, and management of all ages of skier development for one of largest clubs in Canada
• Responsible for all development of training plans and leadership development to support club's athlete development mandate

• Oversaw planning, development, evaluation, and fiscal management of NWT Ski Division
• Oversaw operation and program development of cross-country skiing throughout NWT
• Worked closely with Territorial Government Branch of Municipal and Community Affairs in development of strategic planning and infrastructure for purpose of growing sport and recreation of cross-country skiing
• This included grass roots to high performance development with purpose of expanding membership, club development, plus infrastructure and event management

• Responsible for planning, development, and evaluation of youth programming
• Primary responsibilities with community programs for youth under 18 years of age in Leadership development, experiential learning, and outdoor education
