I’ve built and executed multi-million-dollar partnerships across enterprise, cloud, and 3D content ecosystems, consistently driving revenue growth and expanding market share. At Infinite Reality, I led global partnership strategy and execution for our marketplace and 3D content ecosystem, with a sharp focus on integrating best-in-class platforms, tools, and technologies to power immersive experiences at scale. My primary responsibility was identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances with leading 3D asset providers, AI generation platforms, and spatial computing tools, expanding Infinite Reality’s capabilities as a destination for real-time, user-driven virtual content creation.
I drove ecosystem growth by securing partnerships with top-tier 3D marketplaces, procedural content engines, and generative AI tools. These integrations enabled creators and brands to access a diverse, on-demand catalog of assets including avatars, environments, and props, fully optimized for interoperability across real-time engines and XR platforms. I worked closely with teams building integrations with platforms such as Sketchfab, Ready Player Me, and TurboSquid, as well as AI-driven generation tools for texture creation, animation, and scene building.
I led partner onboarding, API alignment, and co-marketing strategies to ensure seamless asset ingestion, monetization, and attribution across our immersive ecosystem. By enabling 3D asset creators and AI tool providers to plug directly into Infinite Reality’s marketplace, I helped build a scalable infrastructure that supported both real-time content workflows and persistent virtual spaces.
My leadership contributed directly to the expansion of our digital economy, where marketplace partners benefited from new revenue streams while end users gained access to an evolving library of spatially aware, customizable, and interactive content. I implemented performance metrics, revenue sharing models, and marketplace governance frameworks to ensure healthy growth and operational efficiency.
Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and UX teams, I helped shape platform-level decisions around asset standards, metadata, and licensing to optimize partner integrations and improve user experience. I also collaborated with AI companies focused on 3D generation, voice synthesis, character behavior, and scene automation, enabling us to launch creator tools that significantly reduced the cost and time to build compelling virtual experiences.
Externally, I served as a partner-facing executive voice, leading presentations and workshops for developers, creators, and technology providers. Internally, I developed strategic roadmaps for partner expansion and created scalable systems for vetting, activating, and managing integrations across a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
My work helped establish Infinite Reality as a flexible and future-ready platform, supporting creators, developers, and enterprises in building, monetizing, and distributing immersive 3D content through a frictionless, interoperable marketplace.
As a senior leader at Meta, I spearheaded global partnerships to accelerate the adoption of immersive technologies and 3D content within the metaverse ecosystem. I successfully negotiated and closed high-impact strategic alliances with 12+ top-tier technology providers, media companies, and influential content creators, laying the foundation for scalable, monetizable experiences that redefined user engagement across AR/VR platforms.
Key partnerships included collaborations with industry giants such as Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Paramount, where we co-developed immersive experiences, expanded distribution of branded 3D content, and integrated IP into next-gen virtual environments. These initiatives helped establish Meta as a destination for premium entertainment and storytelling in the metaverse.
I led programs that contributed to a 15% increase in platform adoption by aligning Meta with pioneers in 3D media, fintech, and spatial computing. These alliances introduced groundbreaking features, empowered creators with new monetization tools, and unlocked interactive, real-time collaboration across immersive experiences.

On the business side, I delivered $225M in annual contract value through transformative partnership agreements, IP licensing deals, and vendor negotiations that improved margins and streamlined operational costs. I developed scalable revenue models and GTM strategies that positioned Meta as a global leader in media and 3D innovation.
I built and scaled high-performing teams, introduced KPI-driven frameworks, and developed strategic sales plans to unlock new market segments. My leadership in brand development, content innovation, and corporate sponsorships significantly increased Meta’s presence in the media space, while fostering enduring partnerships with companies like Apple, Sony, Comcast/NBCUniversal, and Amazon Studios.
At Verbit, I served as a senior leader responsible for expanding the company’s reach across media, enterprise, and education through strategic alliances and technology partnerships. I successfully negotiated and formalized partnerships with eight major industry players, including Netflix, Disney+, S&P Global, and Blackstone, to scale Verbit’s footprint in transcription, captioning, and speech AI across high-value verticals.
I grew Verbit’s partner ecosystem by 250%, enabling the launch of joint solutions with VAR and channel partners that increased customer adoption by 30% and drove a measurable lift in satisfaction across key accounts. These alliances extended Verbit’s influence into broadcast media, financial services, and online education, reinforcing the company’s value proposition across new market segments.
By driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams, I developed and launched co-branded offerings that significantly enhanced product capabilities and aligned with rapidly evolving customer needs, particularly in high-growth areas like real-time media accessibility, multilingual content workflows, and 3D asset transcription.
My leadership in integrating partner technologies into Verbit’s core platform resulted in an improved user experience and product functionality, creating a more seamless experience for enterprise clients with complex audio and video infrastructure. These innovations helped solidify Verbit’s position as a best-in-class solution in a competitive and evolving media-tech landscape.
I also implemented efficient partnership management processes and built a robust metrics framework to track performance, drive optimization, and ensure accountability. This led to faster execution of joint go-to-market initiatives, improved partner engagement, and greater alignment with corporate objectives.
With a deep focus on revenue impact, I expanded Verbit’s enterprise pipeline, targeting untapped verticals and regions while building a scalable sales infrastructure that exceeded quota targets. I led proactive business development and launched enablement programs that empowered partner teams and drove long-term strategic growth.
At Google, I led strategic partnerships across Google Cloud and Android, focusing heavily on expanding our presence in media, AI, and consumer technology ecosystems. I was directly responsible for negotiating and securing high-impact partnerships with some of the world’s most influential media and technology companies. These collaborations enabled Google Cloud to power large-scale content delivery systems, AI-enhanced media workflows, and production pipelines for next-generation entertainment experiences.
On the Android side, I played a key role in driving adoption through major licensing agreements with global OEMs and telecom giants. I led Android licensing deals with Samsung, LG, and Motorola, as well as strategic alignment with chipset manufacturers such as Qualcomm and Broadcom. These efforts resulted in a dramatic expansion of Android’s installed base across mobile, automotive, smart TV, and set-top box verticals. My work contributed to Android becoming the preferred open-source OS across multiple device categories, including partnerships with Ford and GM for in-vehicle infotainment platforms.
By increasing the number of high-value partners by 350%, I significantly broadened Google Cloud’s reach and unlocked diverse integration opportunities across media, telecom, automotive, and financial services. I generated more than $275 million in net-new revenue for Google Cloud and over $75 million for Android through licensing, joint product development, and channel expansion.
My partnerships team worked closely with major broadcasters and streaming platforms to deploy Google Cloud’s AI and machine learning solutions for real-time video analytics, personalization engines, and multilingual transcription and captioning. I also helped media clients modernize their infrastructure through cloud-based render farms, edge compute distribution, and scalable storage for 3D, AR, and volumetric content.
I implemented a scalable partner management framework that improved collaboration across engineering, product, marketing, and sales. I introduced metrics and KPIs to evaluate partner performance and optimize outcomes, improving time to market and increasing partner-led revenue by over 60 percent. I also designed and executed a go-to-market playbook for our systems integrator and global services partners, which accelerated pipeline development and expanded partner-delivered solutions at scale.
Internally, I worked across functional teams to align strategic planning with corporate priorities, helping to unify Android and Google Cloud’s approach to ecosystem expansion.
