I am a young Business Manager professional, eager to make my mark in the world of sales and management.


Through my many years at LITaquatics, I have been given the opportunity to grow immensely in all avenues of business. From day to day tasks such as; basic inquiries, emails and phone calls, to larger tasks such as sales and inventory management, scheduling and communications for the relations between facility, instructors contracts and city programmers. I have developed a strong ability to learn on the go and make all the necessary adjustments in the attempt of success


On the pool deck and in the classroom I am a Lifesaving professional prepared for impactful instruction roles. Proven experience in delivering comprehensive training programs and expertise in critical thinking skills and judgment decisions. Large Focuses on team collaboration and adaptability, ensuring reliable support and excellence in instruction.

  • Oversee over 15 active instructors, of 10 different facilities managing course contracts for instructors, scheduling, supplies and communication with facilities and programmers.
  • Handle HR complaints between, parents, candidates and programmers
  • Recruited, interviewed and hired employees and implemented mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement.
  • Established performance goals for employees and provided feedback on methods for reaching those milestones.
  • Day to day tasks include, emails, phone calls, daily registrations
  • Established team priorities, maintained schedules and monitored performance.
  • Developed and executed marketing strategies that effectively communicated brand values, increasing brand recognition.
