  • Acted as the commissioning authority for a variety of building types, including daycare, multi storey residential, commercial and industrial projects, meeting both City of Vancouver Rezoning commissioning requirements and LEED commissioning requirements.
  • Acted as a commissioning agent, evaluating and testing equipment including fans, pumps, ERV’s and MUA’s at a site level.
  • Prepared S1001 – Integrated Systems Testing Plans and guided project teams through the integrated systems testing process. Prepared final S1001 reports meeting standards of the authorities having jurisdiction in multiple different municipalities.
